Customer informs Protection Trackers to add a party to the insurance tracking system
Protection Trackers sends a written correspondence (via fax, email or postal mail) to request all insurance required by the contract.
Certificates of insurance arrive via fax, email, or US mail
Certificate of insurance are analyzed for compliance against the contract insurance requirements
If one or more items are noncompliant, Protection Trackers performs follow ups (via phone, fax, or email) to the contracted party and/or their insurance
representatives
For all noncompliant contracted parties Protection Trackers will make contact with party to try and secure insurance on the property
If contracted party is unable to satisfy one or more insurance requirements Protection Trackers will forward this information to the customer for review. Customer is responsible for communicating to Protection Trackers
When the contracted party is deemed compliant, the Protection Trackers system is updated to reflect their status
